It says my username or password is incorrect, what do i do ?	Top
If you get an error, make sure your caps lock is off since your username and password are case sensitive. If you keep getting an error, please try resetting your password at remember my password If this doesn’t resolve the issue please contact us either here or at org@offroadgallery.com

How can i change my password ?	Top
To change your password just sign in to your account and click on the ‘change password’ link at the menu. On the right side of the page under ‘Password Change’ provide your old password and submit your new password. If you forgot your password or even your username please click here to retrieve them.

How can i upload my photos ?	Top
Every ORG member can upload photos, once you sign in to your account, just go to your profile and click on 'upload photos' browse your pictures and hit the upload button.

How much do i make for uploading my pictures ?	Top
ORG has a base royalty rate of 30% for each paid print picture ordered. For every digital file downloaded the base royalty rate is 45%

How can i upload my photos ?	Top
Once you sign in to your account, just click on 'upload photos' browse your pictures and hit 'upload'

What photos can and can't i upload ?	Top
ORG reservers the right to decline, remove any photo uploaded in its own discretion, as stated on our terms of use, to avoid having your pictures deleted please follow the following simple rules. Although ORG welcomes all experience levels of photographers and non-photographers, we want to offer the best quality possible to fans and racers. You must own the full copyright Photos must be .JPG format ONLY All logos, brands and entities must be removed. Good focus, color and lighting As big as possible, high resolution, please DO NOT upload pictures lower than 1600 x 1200 pixels No copyrights/trademarks infringements No adult content No non off-road related photos

Can i use your photos how and wherever i can ?	Top

I bought a digital file but i cant find it in my computer...	Top
Every browser works differently when it comes to downloading files. Make sure to click ‘start download’ from the order window to download your file. Internet Explorer:Usually asks where to save a file, you can choose whereever you want it to download. If you do not select a folder, it will download to the last place you saved a file by default. Firefox: Saves downloaded files to your desktop unless you changed preferences. Safari: Usually sends images to your downloads folder or your desktop.

How can i know what pictures have been sold...	Top
To access your sold pictures history please log in to your accound and go to your profile, and click 'photos sold'.

How can i buy photos at ORG

You'll need to be an ORG member and of course logged in, once you search and find your desired pictures please add them to your shopping cart.

If you're ready to check out just go to your shopping cart and click 'Check out' you will be asked to read and agree to the license agreement

Once the total is calculated you will be asked for your payment type, we offer check, bank deposit/transfer, paypal or money orders ( in US dollars or its equivalent in pesos ).
